Richard Skipper, acclaimed tribute artist and impersonator, singer, actor and MC/host… has been spellbinding audiences for years. He has appeared in the nation's top venues.

Skipper's best known as being a tribute artist of Carol Channing.

2009 found Richard Skipper getting back to his roots and appearing more as himself. Last summer he and Dana Lorge launched "Wednesday Night at the Iguana"…  a weekly variety show harkening back to the variety shows of our youth.

The last few months have brought many professional highs, including appearing in a star studded tribute to Ervin Drake celebrating his 90th birthday.

Skipper continues teaching his workshops on "How to Make a Living as an Entertainer". He served on several panels this year on the business end of show business. He has emceed several prestigious events. Other highlights include performing as "Carol Channing as Dolly Levi" at Asbury Park's Paramount Theater in a special benefit performance of "Hello Dolly!" with a cast of 125 and a 25 piece orchestra.
